Experience

I received my bachelor of arts degree in English at the College of New Jersey. I also earned a deaf studies minor. I'm now in graduate school at the College of New Jersey pursuing a masters degree in teaching as well as certifications in special education and general education. I have teaching experience with several different grade levels as a college student. I've come to the belief that every student can learn, and it's my responsibility to figure out how that student learns best to provide a quality education for them. I focus on helping students become confident in their abilities and help them learn to appreciate the learning process. I can assist students with English, ESL, public speaking, Spanish, essays, literature, reading, elementary school math, SAT prep, ACT prep, and more. When I have spare time, I like to hang out at the library, do yoga, crochet, watch Netflix, and read.
